About the CEO 

Carlos Navarro is the founder and CEO of Reneux Consumer Healthcare Marketing. Carlos has over 15 years of experience in brand management, new product development and international marketing. This experience was gained at Reneux and leading consumer healthcare companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark and Bausch & Lomb.  He has managed a wide range of businesses ranging from early stage through large-scale brands with sales of over $500 million.  His product category expertise includes:
  • Nutraceuticals
  • Vision care
  • Baby care
  • Wound care
  • Diabetic care
  • Household products

Carlos’ experience goes beyond ideation and developing products; rather he is skilled at developing effective launch plans and managing products once in market. His international business experience includes the US, China, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada and the major European countries.

He has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
